2010 Peewee "B" Female Provincials

The Lakeland Jaguars Peewee Girls attended the Provincial Tournament in Viking this past weekend (March 25-28). They were definitely placed in the toughest pool! The girls ended the round robin with 2 wins and 2 losses, taking them out of the playoffs. They worked hard, with most of the play in the opponent's end. They outshot the other team in each of their games, but had trouble finding the back of the net. Our goalies were awesome and played with a lot of heart.
We are very proud of our team, the girls have no reason to hang their heads. Everyone gave it their all!
Not every player can say they made it to provincials. This is definitely one for the memory books.
We are looking forward to next year's group of girls, and wish the girls moving up to Bantam the best of luck. Congratulations Girls!
